In the early morning hours of July 4, 2023, the life of 30-year-old Tatiana Tavares, a Black/African American female, was tragically cut short in what authorities have described as an apparent murder-suicide in Raynham, Massachusetts. Around 2:00 a.m., Raynham police received distressing 911 calls from both Tavares and another tenant at the Ruth Ellen Road home, reporting a shooting.
