Victor Terell Turner, Jr., a 24-year-old from Chicago, Illinois, lost his life to gun violence on March 20, 2024. The incident occurred on the Bishop Ford Freeway, specifically on the northbound lane of Interstate 94 near 103rd Street in the Pullman neighborhood of Chicago. At approximately 2:50 p.m., Turner was shot while in a white Toyota, whose front and rear passenger side windows were shot out during the incident.
