Kelsey Amanda McDuffie, a 17-year-old from Brooklet, Georgia, passed away on April 17, 2023, due to a fatal gunshot wound. The incident occurred in the early morning hours of April 16, 2023, at a residence located at 1342 Arthur Nubern Road in southern Bulloch County, near the intersection of Highway 67 and Interstate 16.
