In the quiet community of Waynesboro, Georgia, a tragedy unfolded that left family and friends mourning the loss of 51-year-old Cynthia Smith. On a Sunday in early February 2024, loved ones made a grim discovery at the Shade RV Park on River Road. Inside a camper, they found Cynthia Smith and a man identified as 50-year-old William Proveaux, both of whom were deceased.
