Donahue, Jr., a 49-year-old male, was enjoying a peaceful moment on his tablet outside a residence on Burks Road when he was struck and killed by a stray bullet.
The events leading to Donahue's death began with a heated argument between a man and a woman nearby. According to Donahue's brother, who was present at the scene, the verbal altercation escalated, culminating in the man brandishing a firearm and discharging multiple rounds.
