Mason Alexander Schermerhorn, a 14-year-old male from Winder, Georgia, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2024, in a school shooting at Apalachee High School. Mason, a freshman student, was among the victims of the violent incident that shook the Barrow County community. He was known for his love of video games, particularly Kingdom Hearts, and his deep affection for Disney World and LEGOs.
