On October 12, 2024, a tragic incident occurred at a homecoming afterparty in Elbert County, Georgia, resulting in the death of 15-year-old Bry'Shun Treviyus O'Brian Jordan. The shooting happened around 11:50 p.m. near the 7 Grand nightclub on Evergreen Drive, where multiple people were shot. Bry'Shun, a resident of Hartwell, Georgia, was airlifted to AnMed Medical Center in Anderson, South Carolina, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries on October 13, 2024.
