A homecoming afterparty in Elberton, Georgia, took a tragic turn on the night of October 12, 2024, resulting in the death of 15-year-old Bry’shun Treviyus O’Brian Jordan and the injury of seven others. The shooting occurred just before midnight at a nightclub on Evergreen Drive where a celebration was underway. Jordan, a student at Hart Academy, was critically injured and airlifted to AnMed Hospital in Anderson, South Carolina, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The other victims ...
