Marvin Lancaster III, age 21, was shot and killed on February 6, 2016, in Tampa, Florida, during an incident at Club Rayne located on North Nebraska Avenue. On the night of the shooting, Marvin was reportedly streaming live using the Periscope app, making this one of the earliest known instances where a victim broadcast their own murder live over social media.
