Ira Lee Graham III, a 28-year-old man, died following a shooting incident in St. Lucie County, Florida. The incident occurred on December 29, 2023, around 8 p.m. at the 10X Port St. Lucie Apartments in the 1500 block of Southeast Tiffany Club Place, an area just east of U.S. Highway 1.
