Francis G. Tolbert, a 71-year-old man, died on April 16, 2024, in Cape Coral, Florida, due to gun violence. The incident occurred when Cape Coral Police responded to a report of a cardiac arrest at a residence. Upon arrival, EMS personnel found Francis Tolbert bleeding from the back of his head, and despite initial reports of an unknown cause, he was found to have a faint pulse.
