On August 14, 2024, a tragic incident occurred outside HCA Florida West Tampa Hospital, located at 6001 Webb Road in Tampa, Florida. Deputies from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call around 6:30 p.m. regarding two bodies found in the hospital's parking lot.

The victims were identified as Zelica Martucci, a 67-year-old woman, and her husband, Philip Martucci, who was 74 or 75 years old, depending on the source. Zelica Martucci had been shot multiple times, whil ...
