On the night of January 20, 2023, the life of 18-year-old Nasier Graham was tragically cut short in what police described as a random and senseless act of violence. The male victim was at the Brookstone Apartments in Loveland, Colorado, when the events that led to his death began to unfold. A white Dodge Ram pickup truck pulled into the parking lot and stopped in front of the car Graham was in. Two individuals exited the truck and fired shots.
