On a late Thursday evening in Pueblo, Colorado, the life of 28-year-old Christopher Jordan Salazar was cut short by gunfire. On September 21, 2023, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 2200 block of East 4th Street just after 11 p.m. Upon their arrival, they found Salazar on the ground, having sustained what appeared to be gunshot wounds. The Pueblo County Coroner pronounced him dead at the scene, later confirming that he died from his injuries.
