Dr. John Forsyth, a 49-year-old emergency room doctor from Cassville, Missouri, was reported missing on May 21, 2023, after he failed to show up for his shift at Mercy Hospital. He was last seen walking toward his RV, which was parked in the hospital's parking lot.
