On a summer night in England, Arkansas, the life of 34-year-old Justin Williams was tragically cut short. The male victim, from Pulaski County, was at a motorcycle club on July 1, 2023, when a series of altercations broke out. The disputes eventually spilled outside, leading to a fatal shooting at the corner of South Main and Nichols streets. Williams was shot multiple times and, despite being rushed to a hospital, succumbed to his injuries. Another individual was also wounded in the gunfire but ...
