On Sunday, October 29, 2023, at approximately 2 a.m., the Dermott Police Department (DPD) responded to a 911 call reporting a disturbance at 302 North Shepherd Street in Dermott, Arkansas. Upon arrival, officers found several people outside a building where a Halloween party had taken place.
