On July 20, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Vienna, West Virginia, resulting in the death of 22-year-old Morgan Lee Lott (Stutler). At approximately 3:57 p.m., Vienna Police were dispatched to an apartment at 1000 19th Street after receiving a report of an unresponsive person.
