On February 22, 2017, 24-year-old Roshaun Hayles was shot and killed on Jacksonville’s Westside. The incident took place around 6:20 p.m., and reports suggest that Hayles was attacked by two men in a dark green Toyota 4Runner. Police recovered the vehicle soon after, but despite investigations, no arrests have been made.
