On a tragic spring day, April 29, 2016, the life of Wanda Rose Dowell, a 63-year-old Caucasian woman from Palmetto, Florida, and formerly of Fort Madison, Iowa, was cut short in a violent act that also claimed the life of her daughter. The events unfolded in Danville, Iowa, at the home of her daughter, Tiffany Inghram. It was there that both women were found deceased, victims of a double murder-suicide.
