On the evening of September 25, 2020, Henry Jimmy Ochoa, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot at an apartment complex near 35th and Dunlap Avenues in Phoenix, Arizona. Phoenix police responded to a shooting call around 8 p.m. and found Mr. Ochoa at the scene, where he was pronounced dead. The following day, the police publicly identified him as the victim.
