In the afternoon hours of November 27, 2022, a tragic discovery was made in west Phoenix that cut short the life of John Martinez Ramirez. A 25-year-old Hispanic man, Ramirez was found inside a vehicle near the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Indian School Road, suffering from a fatal gunshot wound.
