On January 1, 2014, a tragic incident occurred in Tolleson, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix, where 45-year-old Alejandro Gallardo and his two young daughters were found dead in their home. The police investigation confirmed that the deaths were the result of a murder-suicide.
