On August 25, 2014, Charles Vacca, a 39-year-old gun instructor, was accidentally shot and killed while teaching a nine-year-old girl how to use a Mini-Uzi at the Arizona Last Stop gun range, also known as "Bullets and Burgers," in White Hills, Arizona. Vacca had been working at the range for about 18 months prior to the incident.
