LaVerna Jean Reid, aged 84, passed away on September 10, 2016, in Sun City West, Arizona, alongside her husband, Dr. Jack Leslie Reid, aged 87. The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office determined their deaths to be a result of a murder-suicide.
