Curtis Booker, aged 19, was tragically shot and killed on December 28, 2017, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was found in the early morning hours near the intersection of East Union and Ionia streets. Several gunshots were reported, and by the time law enforcement arrived, Booker had succumbed to his injuries.
