In the winter of 2017, a life was tragically cut short in a public park in Scottsdale, Arizona. Twenty-five-year-old Mason Mitchell, a White / Caucasian male, was involved in a fatal altercation on January 4th at El Dorado Park. The dispute escalated to the point of deadly violence, ending with Mitchell being shot. He ultimately succumbed to his injuries, his death marking another instance of gun violence.
