Larry Cotton, aged 43, was tragically killed on December 30, 2017, in Tampa, Florida. The incident occurred on North Nebraska Avenue, where Larry and a woman named Frances Helms were both shot. Frances survived with injuries, but Larry did not survive his wounds. Tampa Police responded to the scene following reports of gunfire. Witnesses described a suspect or suspects fleeing the area, but no arrests were immediately made.
