On a September day in 1990, the life of 32-year-old Sharon Benson was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C.. Her body was discovered by a cab driver in a heavily wooded area off the 4600 block of Shepherd Parkway Southwest on September 11, 1990. The official cause of her death was multiple gunshot wounds.
