In the early afternoon of a Tuesday in late February of 1996, the life of Harold Young was cut short by gunfire in the nation's capital. The incident occurred around 1:00 p.m. on February 27th in the 1800 block of Wiltberger Street, Northwest. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found Mr. Young suffering from the fatal gunshot wounds.
