On a tragic evening in Phoenix, Arizona, 44-year-old Karla Garzona's life was cut short in a senseless act of violence. On August 28, 2022, a horrific shooting rampage unfolded in the northern part of the city, claiming the lives of two innocent people, including Garzona. The perpetrator, 24-year-old Isaiah Steven Williams, was heavily armed and clad in tactical gear when he began his assault near a hotel located at 27th Avenue and Deer Valley Road.
