In the early morning hours of Friday, August 30, 2024, the body of 54-year-old Paul Myron was discovered under an overpass in Phoenix, Arizona. A passerby alerted police to a deceased male on a pedestrian walkway near 3500 West Grand Avenue at approximately 6:18 a.m. When officers arrived, they found Myron with gunshot wound injuries and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Homicide investigators took over the case and began seeking information from the public regarding the shooting,
which is believed to have occurred around 5:00 a.m. At the time of the initial investigation, authorities had not located any eyewitnesses to the incident. Video surveillance in the area was described as minimal, providing few leads for law enforcement.
The Phoenix Police Department and Silent Witness have encouraged anyone with information about the shooting to come forward to assist in the ongoing investigation. Currently, there is no information available regarding any suspects or arrests in connection with the death of Paul Myron.
