In a tragic turn of events on his 44th birthday, Benjamin Majestic, a resident of Omaha, Nebraska, was fatally shot in what was later determined to be an accident. The incident occurred on January 31, 2017, at an apartment complex located at 141st and Manderson Plaza in Northwest Omaha. Neighbors reported hearing a commotion prior to the sound of a gunshot.

Emergency services were promptly dispatched to the scene. The Omaha Fire Department transported Majestic to the University of Nebrask ...
