Oriana Arcos, 23, a White/Caucasian female, was killed on May 28, 2019, in Norfolk, Nebraska, inside a Country Club Road apartment where police had been called that morning to check on her safety after reports she was being held against her will. Officers made verbal contact at the door with her boyfriend, 23-year-old Marquise Edwards, who refused to let them in and claimed the resident wasn’t home.
