On the morning of August 13, 1987, Jillian Dee Cutshall, a 9-year-old White female from Norfolk, Nebraska, disappeared while walking to her babysitter's house just four blocks from her home. She was last seen around 6:30 a.m., reportedly sitting on the stoop of the babysitter's residence, waiting for someone to let her in.
