In the early morning hours of July 13, 2020, a domestic disturbance in a Lincoln, Nebraska home tragically escalated, resulting in the death of 48-year-old Hispanic/Latino male, Adolfo Lemus Aguado. The quiet of the morning was shattered when his son, Adolfo Ortiz, then 21 years old, arrived at the residence he shared with his parents and began banging on the door. Once inside, his behavior was described as strange and erratic, causing concern for those present.
