Nicholas Scott Goodwin, a 37-year-old Nebraska State Patrol trooper from Scottsbluff, passed away on August 5, 2021. Goodwin, who was born on January 10, 1984, in Omaha, Nebraska, had served with the Nebraska State Patrol for 14 years, working in the Traffic and Carrier Enforcement Divisions stationed in Scottsbluff.
