Eltio Maurice Plater, affectionately known as "Kasno," tragically lost his life to gun violence on April 17, 2022, in Omaha, Nebraska, at the young age of 22. Born on May 22, 1999, Eltio was known for his ability to light up a room with laughter and his friendly nature that allowed him to connect with everyone he met.
