In the early morning hours of June 1, 2016, a dispute over a modest drug debt tragically escalated, leading to the death of 24-year-old Michael Reis, a White male from New Sharon, Maine. The fatal encounter unfolded outside a mobile home on Weld Road in the small town of Wilton. Reis, who did not reside at the home, had accompanied a group of individuals to the residence in connection with a $200 marijuana debt.
