On February 28, 2024, Quaid Fluckiger, a 24-year-old White male, was found unresponsive in a residence on Chicago Road near Shepherd, Montana. Yellowstone County deputies were dispatched to the home around 3 p.m. for a report of a sick or injured person. Upon their arrival, they discovered Fluckiger and attempted CPR, but he was ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.
