Quaid Fluckiger, a 24-year-old resident of Shepherd, Montana, tragically died from a gunshot wound on February 28, 2024. The incident occurred at his residence and was initially reported as an overdose.

However, medical personnel discovered the fatal gunshot wound upon examining Fluckiger. He was airlifted to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries. An investigation into the incident led to the arrest of 22-year-old Kennedy Aigner, also from Shepherd.
