Murdered

On January 1, 2015, 34-year-old AnnaRae Ponce of Idaho Falls, Idaho, was fatally shot during a New Year's Eve party. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. at a residence on Emerson Avenue, where Ponce was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities identified her boyfriend, 25-year-old Kevin Michael McQuilliams, as the suspect. Following the shooting, McQuilliams fled the scene with his 4-year-old son.
