In a quiet Nampa, Idaho neighborhood on the night of April 28, 2017, the life of 34-year-old Andrew Shepard, a White male, was brought to a tragic and violent end. He was at the home of his friend, Amanda Storms, when her estranged husband, Phillip Cabrera, arrived in a jealous rage. Believing Shepard was romantically involved with his wife, Cabrera began a relentless attempt to get inside the home, banging on windows and doors.
