Blas Salvador Alonzo, known as “Duke,” was fatally shot on August 6, 2018, at the Meandering Moose apartments in Sandpoint, Idaho. The incident occurred at his front door after he opened it to the shooter, who immediately fled on foot. Alonzo sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and was transported to Bonner General Health, where he succumbed to his injuries.
