Raymond Drake, a 44-year-old resident of Manchester, New Hampshire, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of August 18, 2015. Police responded to reports of gunfire at an apartment building on Amherst Street just after 4 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Drake's body inside the building.
