A man dies as a result of arson
In the late hours of November 30, 1998, the flashing lights of fire trucks illuminated the night sky on Pine Street in Manchester, New Hampshire, as flames engulfed the second and third-story porches of a building at number 220. Firefighters battled the blaze, and in the aftermath, a grim discovery was made on the third floor. The body of a Caucasian male, identified as 46-year-old Allen A.
