A man dies as a result of arson
On November 30, 1998, 46-year-old Allen Pineau was found dead after a fire engulfed the second and third-story porches of a building located at 220 Pine Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. Firefighters and police responded to the blaze and discovered Pineau’s body on the third floor of the building.
