In a quiet neighborhood in Franklin, New Hampshire, the life of 35-year-old Nicole Hughes, a Caucasian female, was tragically cut short on June 3, 2023. On that Saturday, neighbors on Elkins Street were startled by the sound of gunshots, prompting immediate calls to 911. When police arrived at Hughes's residence, they discovered a horrific scene.
