On a summer day in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont, a quiet community was disturbed by a violent event that resulted in the death of a longtime resident. On July 11, 2014, 78-year-old Harold Willey, a male, was found deceased in a home, the victim of a fatal shooting. Another individual, Karen Willey, was also discovered at the scene with a gunshot wound and was subsequently hospitalized.
