A 45-year-old Caucasian male named Daniel Burke was found deceased in Vermont's Winooski River on April 12, 2017. Hailing from Bolton, his family had reported him missing in December of the previous year. After his vehicle was discovered in Waterbury, searches were conducted but were initially unsuccessful in locating him.

The discovery of his body near the Winooski Bridge brought the search to a somber close. An investigation by the medical examiner's office concluded that Burke's death ...
