Wallace "Chubby" Gray II, a 26-year-old boat captain, was last seen on December 17, 2012, while out at sea aboard the *Foxy Lady II*, a 45-foot fishing vessel. The boat and its crew, including Gray and his 50-year-old crewman Wayne Young, set out from Gloucester, Massachusetts, on a routine fishing trip but never returned as scheduled. The vessel's last known location was approximately 10 miles north of Provincetown, Massachusetts.
