Jeffrey Allen "Iffy" Koloski, aged 52, passed away unexpectedly on April 22, 2019, in White River Junction, Vermont. Born on September 10, 1966, in Lebanon, New Hampshire, he was the son of Henry S. and Saundra (Picken) Koloski. Jeff graduated from Hartford High School in 1984 and subsequently worked at P&C and the White River Junction Postal Processing Center before becoming self-employed.
