In the early summer of 1980, a camping trip to the green mountains of Vermont ended in a chilling mystery that continues to endure. Jan Albert Zepka, a 25-year-old male from Wethersfield, Connecticut, had traveled to the state to enjoy the outdoors. His journey, however, took a tragic and violent turn, leaving behind a cold case that has puzzled investigators for decades.
